I paid for a smartphone recently, but the item never arrived. I contacted the 'seller' but received no reply so I went through the resolution centre and won the case and received a refund of the money I paid. The issue is this: Since winning the resolution centre case, I am no longer able to provide feedback for the 'seller' so he will still be showing excellent feedback and I don't think he should be after all of my time he's wasted. Ebay Customer Service is completely unreachable so I'm feeling unhappy.
