I paid for a smartphone recently, but the item never arrived. I contacted the 'seller' but received no reply so I went through the resolution centre and won the case and received a refund of the money I paid. The issue is this: Since winning the resolution centre case, I am no longer able to provide feedback for the 'seller' so he will still be showing excellent feedback and I don't think he should be after all of my time he's wasted. Ebay Customer Service is completely unreachable so I'm feeling unhappy.
As long as you are within the 60 days limit and the item has not been removed you can leave feedback.
Try using your account settings and click on 'feedback' on the left and then find the transaction.
