We are not charging you as we are members like yourself, no one from eBay here.  We have no access to your account so cannot see why you were charged this.

You do sell things,  as you have a necklace for sale now.

Did you recently sell an item but the buyer did not pay?

You are charged a seller fee when the item sells and not when the buyer pays,  so you need to, if in time within 30 days,  open a case for unpaid item and those seller fees are refunded.

If this time has lapsed you will have to pay those outstanding fees.

Contact eBay Customer Services they can  explain those fees for you and explain how to pay.

To Contact Customer Services, I find the quickest way to contact them, either for a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back, to click on this link:

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

You have set a reserve of 4% of the reserve price set on the necklace, which is payable even if the item does not sell.

It does pay to read what what you are doing when listing.

When you clicked List with fees shown, it would have shown a fee of £2.80, you listed, you agreed to pay the fee.
