UPS failed to pick up AGAIN

Despite booking my parcels with ebays postal service. I am finding that they are not being registered for pick up somehow?

despite me paying the extra for collection rather than drop off. 
anyone else experienced this?

Seems to me seeing the number of similar complaints, that this is snother ebay service to be avoided. You will end up getting late dispatch defects.

Far better to mske your own arrangements.
