Does anyone know who is in charge of the tracking screen when postage is purchased through eBay?

Customer placed an order today at 1.26pm

I bought the postage on line through eBay about 5 minutes later....

Tracking said number was provided at wait for it.....

The time is always way out so I don't know who's time warp it is in!

Given that ebay is US owned, maybe it's US time (but which one)?

Honestly, there won't be someone on charge of this, and even if there was, you wouldn't get hold of them, and even if there was and you did, they wouldn't help!

The other issue is that it tells the buyer that you have dispatched it at the time you bought the postage.

Do you mean that as soon as I buy postage the buyer gets a message to say it has been dispatched?

It's a bit daft putting a USA time stamp on a Royal Mail purchase, but hey ho!

Yes, that is what happens, it is another reason not to buy postage through ebay.
