How do i stop Ebay taking payment automatically when I make a purchase ?

If you make an offer, you have to add payment details, 

If seller accepts offer, payment made immediately. 

Seller has to opt out, buyers can't.

If you use pay pal to pay then you can opt out of automatic payments and offers,by logging into your pay pal account.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Payments.
3. Select Automatic Payments
4. Select the merchant.
