Hi I've had an eBay account for a number of years,and used to sell as well as buy items.But had so many bad experiences over the years decided to just buy.However thought I'd try and start to sell again and have sold an item but seller has zero feedback and just doesn't feel right.I have such little confidence in selling on eBay and know when it doesn't feel right.I have tried to contact buyer but with no response HELP

Sorry,  for late reply, just spotted your unanswered question.

Is it the PS5 game bundle sold?

If eBay have informed you the buyer has paid, you do need to send the item to the name and address eBay provide on the order details,  send to no other.

Send it fully tracked, use enough insurance cover,  and keep that proof of posting safe for at least 6 months.

That's all a seller can do to protect themseleves.

eBay spend millions on advertising to entice new buyers , you will see many with a 0 feedback or brand new account.   Also, many just do not leave feedback now a days,  it's completely voluntary.
