Seller scam

Hi Need help, Bid and won an item, however have tried to contact seller who has no feedback and he's not responding. just checked his profile and it says this (I have items that I need to send can’t get on my account could you let me no were to send the items that you have bought) I'm not confortable doing this and would like to cancel purchase, however there is no option for this and i dont appear to be able to talk to anyone at Ebay!!!!

Have you paid?

If you have paid, then you will have to wait until one day after the latest estimated delivery date and then open a case saying you have not received your item.

The seller would have to log into their account to add that messaage to their profile.
