Seller does not answer

I have bought an item and tried to contact the seller befor paying it, in order to get the pick up address and the dimensions of the item, because I wanted to hire a company that picks it up for me. There was no answer for more than a day, I have payed for it, with the option of personal collection, and after the payment now the status of the item is collected, and the seller still does not respond to any of my messages.

Seller does not answer

You co realise that unless you collect in person, you are not covered by the Ebay 30 day money back guarantee, so if your courier breaks or loses item, you cannot claim through ebay.

 

Seller could also refuse to accept anyone other than you collecting.

 

If seller does not respond then all you can do is as soon as past the estimated delivery date, open a not received case to get a refund.
