eBay Have a Time Away feature where you can ' hide' your items for up to 30 days or eBay can extend your dispatch time to 15 days.

I see you only have 3 items listed, so personally I would just end them, they then go into your Unsold listing for 60 days if you are on My eBay Selling, or for a maximum of 90 days if you are on the Seller Hub, you can then relist the items any time from there.
