The Customer has purchased an item which is fit for the vehicle that is in the description but the customers vehicle is newer and the part wont fit 

The Customer has made a mistake by ordering a part off 2015 model for a 2019 model

Yep,  the buyer has made a mistake,  but you have a Returns policy,  so they need to return the item to you,  and pay for that fully tracked return postage citing ... ' item doesn't fit'.

 

Only on return of your item,  do you fully refund your buyer.

 

All this has to be done through a case,  the buyer should open.

As a business you have to accept change of mind or does not fit returns, 

Buyer pays return postage. 

But, if they open item not as described case, you will have to provide return postage label.
