So I bought something for 15 quid and I asked for a refund then the seller is giving me back 10 quid?! They took a day to reply aswell! I need my money back!

To get a refund, you do not ask!!

Have you never read the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, it is on every listing, right side under the payment options.

You have to go through ebay and open the appropriate case, then seller has no option but to refund in full.
