I bought a puppy cam and it stopped working after 2 weeks so outwith the 30 day return , I contacted seller and he said he'd send a replacement but didn't now I've contacted seller again with no reply where do I stand with this ? Thanks

If your out of time to make a claim via the ebay MBG (money back guarantee) then contact your payment provider,so your card issuer if you paid that way or pay pal to recover your money as items need to be fit for purpose.
