Return post return window

When return window has closed, but seller accepts return due to later found defect in product, is there some way to return the item? Thank you. Kind regards, Els

If 30 days has passed the item's last estimated date for delivery then you cannot open any other case for that item with eBay.

This now will be between you and the seller to resolve.

You could try and turn to your payment provider see if you are covered with them,  for any refund.

Or,  if you purchased an item from a registered UK business who offered a warranty / guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then you'd need to turn to Citizens Advice if you wish to pursue this further.

If the item was faulty, then the seller could send you a prepaid return label,or you could buy the postage to return the item,if the seller is happy to accept it back.Something you both need to agree to.

Neither of you would be covered by any ebay protection though, and not if you were not refunded.
