Return Label

Hi, the seller has agreed a return but it has been 5 days and they have not provided a return shipping label. There are no agents available to escalate. I don't know what to do please?

Return Label

If they're in the UK and the case is for a "not as described" item you should have received a label by now.    You can escalate your case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Return Label

Ebay can only step in and escalate if you have opened a return.

Have you opened a return case through Ebay or have you arranged this through messaging the seller?

If you have an open case, go back to the case.  The option to ask Ebay to step in should be there by now.

If you have not opened a case through Ebay, do it today.
