Refund

Hello I wonder if anyone can help.

i have become very frustrated and disappointed at EBay lack of communication. I have on numerous occasions contacted the help centre and asked to speak to an agent and this has been refused.

I did speak to someone who said they were sorting a refund for me but I haven't received anything but now I cannot get anyone to help.
