Refund not gone through

Hi was wondering if anyone can help me was due a refund did not recieve it as it went on my old card customer service was supposed to be contacting me to resolve this and I have not heard anything,  thankyou Tracey

Refunds go back to original source. 

Refund can't be made elsewhere. 

If card is for same bank account, will still work.
