Purchase of Apple iPhone 12 256GB

Hi Community,

I tried to buy an Apple iPhone. I attempted to complete the transaction using my PayPal account. I didn't realise the seller didn't accept either the Pay in Three stage payments or PayPal credit options.

I have, somehow, made three payments being the cost to EBAY COMMERCE UK LTD. My bank account has been debited. The transaction has not completed and seems to be 'in limbo'. I have no purchase reference number nor confirmation email from the seller .

How do I proceed to get a full refund?  Any advice appreciated, Thanks.

Mazuma on ebay do sell phones and do take paypal credit.

Did you buy by going direct to mazuma (not via ebay)using your paypal account, or on ebay using the ebay checkout.

Hi plum993, I was on the eBay site using the checkout at the seller's page.

So if you bought the item and it shows in your purchase history,then check there to see if the payment went through,or if still it shows as unpaid.
