Posting a new item for sale

Morning! I am starting to post an item, and I am not sure why the amount I chose to list it for changes to a higher amount when it appears on line.  The item was set at £4.99, but come up as £5.24.  Could I ask why that happens?  Many thanks.

Could it be Jersey GST which is 5%?
