Postage

Hi, i have just sold an item (clothing) and i have mistakenly paid for a large letter postage label. Is there any way I can change this to a small parcel or do I have to suffer the cost and buy a whole new label direct with the PO?

You can void the label and receive a refund for it, it may take up to 24 hours to appear before you can void it.  Then,  either re buy the correct label,  or pay for over the counter postage for your item at the Post Office.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'. The refund will take between 5 - 7 days to process.
