Pick up notification?

I have received no notification from ebay abput the parcel arriving at the shop. I therefore, cannot pick it up? What should I do?

Your selle should have put the eCP number on the parcel. You need to contact CS and ask them to give you the eCP number, crucial for collecting C&C parcels. Don't delay as you only get 7 days to collect and after that the store will dispose of your item.
