Payment clicked received by mistake

I have sold an item but accidentally clicked payment received before she has paid and it now won't let her pay for the item can I change this back

You'll probably need a PC / laptop and not the app or mobile browser to do this , as it offers more options,  and use either Chrome or Firefox,  they work best with eBay.

Then, click on the item  in your sold listing.

Top left click on view order details,  far right on the next screen go to More Actions.  From drop down menu there,  you should see Mark as Unpaid.
