Paid £5 to post office there’s a fee to pay before can be delivered

I have paid £5 to Royal Mail before can deliver item. Paid the £5 and now delivered. A tick to say Counterfeit Stamp which is a Royal Mail 24postage paid GB. This was and order that was placed 5/2/24 that was refunded as not received . 2 seat belt buttons value £2.89 postage paid.

Who do I get help from?  1/.  Items not expected, and counterfeit postage used. Now £5 out of pocket.

You can't get that £5 back through ebay.  But don't you have free seats belt buttons?

You have already been refunded for the items so, even if they are not what you ordered, they have not cost you anything apart from the £5 you paid to Royal Mail.

I can't really see the seller refunding you the £5.  You could have refused to pay it.

If you received a refund for your not received package why did you then pay the £5 to receive your item?
