Nike trainer - broken after 3 wears

Hello, I purchased some  expensive Nike running trainers ... over £150 

eBay authentication passed 

however after 3 uses they are split and unusable 

out of returns period by 1 days and seller won't help 

what can I do?

If it's beyond the 30 days ebay allows all you can do is contact your payment provider direct and hope they can help with a refund.
