Looks like you've relisted it already.
When an item sells eBay charge an immediate seller fee which you paid as you did not use a Classified ad here.
4 full days need to pass then open a case for unpaid item, those seller fees will be refunded, but the listing fee of £14.99 will be charged and charged again when you relisted. Listing fees are always non refundable and chaged the second an item goes live for sale.
This is the same if you had listed your van in your local paper and it didn't sell, the paper would not refund you your advertising fee.
Should the van not sell again, take a look at relisting it in a Classified ad format. There's a higher listing fee, non refundable, £19.99 but when the van sells there's no seller fee to pay.
