I converted points to two vouchers 1000 and 2000 but no code available for either so could not use but they are showing as spent Nectar say its ebays problem their www.ebay.help,com site is an insicure site and asked for a payment of £39 to join Howly to get answers to my question ! Chat line has no relevent choices so cant get past them to speak to a person ...no phone number ...no email address....thid is beyond a joke !
