There is a delay in having bonus reward Nectar points added to my Nectar account. I have contaccted ebay customer service - they asked me for full details which I have submitted, but there is now no repsonse to my emails chasing for an answer
Can't say I check regularly so cannot give a definitive answer, but did notice once there was a 7 day delay for a bous award points, to be added to my total.
Generally Nectar points will show in your account within a couple of days but Nectar T&C say "Your account will be updated within 28 days of your purchase." After this time you can start chasing to see where your points are.
