Make an offer

I'm trying to make an offer and at the top of the make an offer page eBay highlights in red  a phone number is required for the seeker / courier to contact to arrange delivery, this is ok but I've no idea how to leave my number and can't press the make offer button as I presume I have to provide a number first , any ideas ? 🥸

This is not a usual requirement, but may be related to size/weight of item so that seller can be sure of cost, and  ability to deliver.

It could also be to do with where you live, as Couriers donot deliver to all parts of the UK and also unlike Royal  Mail will charge a lot more for some areas.
