Listed items not showing in shop

Hi - we are a charity and use the charitable shop for selling our donated items.  I have 86 items listed as active, but if you go to the actual shop it says I have just 7 - I have looked at the settings and cannot see how to resolve this - has anyone else had the same problem recently?

It maybe the device or broswer you are using.

I can see 86 items listed,  and same in your shop.

Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome or Fireforx and try from there.
