Item not received

I bought an item and the supplier kept on telling me that everything is okay. Bought on 22 November 2023 and now the tracking number is even showing that its expired. The supplier is not co-operating. What should i do?

Your seller fobbed you off with excuses, and won, because they made you go over the time limit for claiming an item not received, which is 30 days.

 

Turn now to your payment provider,  hopefully not too late there,  to start your claim for a refund.
