Item Not Showing In Purchase History

I made a purchase recently, have an email confirmation and order ref and my credit card has been charged however the item hasn't arrived and isn't showing in my purchase history and the seller won't respond to messages.

I can't seem to find any way of getting eBay to help with this.  Can anyone help please?

Item Not Showing In Purchase History

If you bought it before your account was fully set up you're classed as a guest buyer for that transaction.   Here's how to make a claim:

If it's not that it's possible the seller's account has been suspended by ebay.    If that's the case you cannot open a claim with ebay but try contacting your credit card company to see if they can help with a refund.

Item Not Showing In Purchase History

Itvdounds as thought you bought as a guest, so trying to contact the sellervwill get you nowhere as he dies not know who you are.

You need to open a not received case through the email confirmation of purchase.

When buying as a guest, item will not appear in your purchase history and no feedback can be left.
