Issue with the sale of my oven

I sold a oven on the 21st of April and the lady picked up the item and paid the money to eBay when I go on my account it says my funds are on hold which I don't understand

New sellers' payments are held for a time as a security precaution, so that funds are avalable if the buyer claims a refund under eBay's money back guarantee.
