How to use Ebay monthly financial statements for accounting

Hi all

Can anyone help please?

I am trying to figure out how to use Financial statements for my accounts

It does not show a gross sales figure so does "Orders (Total minus fees)" represent gross sales,  or does this figure include the fees showing lower down i.e

Other fees

Postage labels

Charges

Refunds

etc.

So what exactly are fees that have already been deducted from 

"Orders (Total minus fees)"

If this figure goes into my sales , do I also  then put

"Other fees

Postage labels

Charges

Refunds"

into my expenses?

If you are tring to do this, you are obviously a business, genuine private sellers have no use for accounts.

Upgrade before ebay force you to, they also report to HMRC.

Look to use outside software for your accounts,as ebay don't supply all the info you would need in the statements they offer.
