I have sold a denim shirt brand new from Primark priced at £7.99 with £3.60 postage 

date brought was 6th April 

item number is 134980699807

now on the listing I don't do refunds.

however I have received this message and not sure how to answer it. You help will be very much appreciated & thanks in advance. 

Hi I have received the item but there are issues with the arms of the shirt. It’s like it’s been doctored and it has restrictions due to bad tailoring. It’s kinda weird. It would’ve really been a perfect fit without these issues.

If they open a not as described return request you will have to provide a return label and refund in full.

If they open a doesn't fit or change of mind return you can refuse the return.

However,best to resolve there issues and save yourself possible negative feedback.
