How do I mark an item as despatched?

Hello, I sold an item on ebay uk for the first time in ages. I didn't print any labels. Just packed it up really well (just a CD) then took it to the Post Office to deliver in two days with proof of posting. However, when I try to '

mark as despatched'  from the drop-down menu, it says 'unable to find page'.  

Can anyone help me with this please?

You should be able to mark as dispatched from the order details if using a Pc.
