Hello Ebay, How do I re-open a refund that has been closed in error?

Sorry but once a case is closed you can't reopen it or open a new case with ebay.

Try your payment provider for a refund, or Paypal if that's how you paid.

One thing. Did you buy the brushes as one transaction? If you bought them separately you may have only opened a case for one item and should continue to open one for each of the other ones.
