Ghost busters charger doesn’t charge

Hello I bought my husband a ghost busters wireless charger and unfortunately it lights up but it doesn't actually charge the phone at all, I did try and contact the seller who quite frankly was less than useful.

You don't need to contact the seller, you just need to open an Item not as Described case by going to the item in your purchases and selecting "Return" using the reason "Not as described".

Your seller gets 3 days to respond to the case and if they don#t you escalate your case. If the seller wants the item back they will provide a return label or they may just refund without return.

Do not be persuaded to close youe case as you are only allowed one go at a case with ebay.
