Faulty mower battery

I purchased a battery for a lawnmower in October tested it when arrived and the small amount of charge was enough to power the lawnmower however obviously I've only just come to use the mower and the battery will not fully charge and hold its charge,I've contacted the seller but no answer to my emails,is there any help available? Many thanks Keith

Faulty mower battery

You can't do anything through Ebay - they give you 30 days to return a faulty item.

You can contact Citizens Advice but after about 6 months you may find it very difficult to get help from your payment provider or any other source.

If you hadn't charged the battery fully before using it,and then storing it, the battery can deplete any existing low charge to the point of no return if left for  any period of time.

These batteries must be randomely charged to be fit for purpose!!
