I have mistakingly bought some fake Rukka textile motorcycle trousers. The seller has issued a refund as soon as I complained, but wants me to send them back. Question is, do I? Some other poor person will buy them if I do. How do I go about this? Any ideas? If I don't send them back will ebay give him his money back? Thanks Mel

eBay rules are you have to send the item back first at the seller's expense to comply with their 30 day MBG policy.
If a number of buyers open return requests for this reason, it will raise a red flag to eBay, and they may well then place restrictions or bans on this seller's account.

As far as ebay are concerned, once seller refunds they don't expect you to return item.
Normally seller issues returns label & only refunds when received back.
This is now between you & seller, but they should provide a postage label (outside of ebay) or money for postage.
