Seller sent me damaged item - ebay closed my return case.

If you opened an eBay item not as described return case within 30 days of receiving your item then it shouldn't have been closed in the seller's favour.
What went wrong?
You are in Bulgaria your seller in Germany.eBay UK cannot help you.
You would have to try a claim from ebay.com (Global Site) or possibly eBay.de (German Site)
