Ebay garage said fits but doesn't

Hi where do I stand with an item I bought which eBay says fits my car but doesn't, I know it's not the sellers fault as eBay said it fits, but on sellers listing it says buyer pays return postage, so not my fault and not sellers fault, so what is the procedure, or do I just pay to return, thanks

Open item not as described case,

Seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund. 

Ignore seller excuses. 

Sellers are responsible for their listings, not ebay.
