Ebay announced new Postal prices

Hi, recently Ebay announced the new Royal Mail Postal price changes.  It states that Tracked 24 and 48 (large letter) was being reduced by 20p.  But in fact put it UP by 20p for purchasing labels online!!!  I tried calling customer service but got Berlin again, and they had absolutely no idea and gave me all the wrong info.

Is this an error by Ebay, or are we actually now paying 40p (20 plus 20) too much for our labels.

Hi, my point is that Ebay says in that report that tracked 24 is going DOWN by 20p, not going up!

Ebay obviously made a mistake,and won't take any responsibility for it either 🙄
