EBay has reset my delivery address

I've been waiting for an order to arrive, I've gone and checked my account and somehow eBay has reset my delivery address to one that I haven't been at for 10 years! It's too late to cancel the order, and it's impossible to get in contact with eBay! I'm down £100 now and I don't know how to resolve this issue. I cannot go to the previous addresss either as live too far away. 
I place orders every week, and last weeks orders all arrived so it's only been changed in the last four days - any advice would be greatly appreciated

Ebay dont change addresses so hard to say why a previous address has shown up.

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.

You should always check that the address is correct on the item you have bought before you pay.

Collecting it yourself is probably the only answer as if the occupier of your old address receives the item then you would lose any Not recieved dispute.

If the item has been posted then there is nothing else you can do except hope the item returns to the seller and they are honest enough to re send it too you ( you pay the postage ) or they refund you when it arrives back

There was a tech issue identified with the IOS App where it reverted to an old delivery address. A fix was rolled out so if you haven't already you will need to update the app to version 6.155.1.1, you will then be prompted to confirm the delivery address the next time you make a purchase.

The Tech team mailed all the affected accounts with an update on what to do next. If you haven't received it yet, you can reach out to customer support. They will be able to check that it was part of this bug and resolve any outstanding issues.
