Had a dispute with a seller where he sent "new" containers. They have turned up with chemicals in side. Raised a case with ebay they found in my favour. However they have asked me to return the containers. But as they have an unknown chemical I can't use any delivery companies. As I can't tell them what it is. Anyone felt with this before. I can't find a way to talk to eBay and there help just takes me in circles

You doo need to talk to eBay to see what they suggest here.
To Contact Customer Services, I find the quickest way to contact them, either for a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back, to click on this link:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
