Dodgy seller

So I bought 12 solar panels. Half of which arrived milky and unusable. Seller then sent replacements that were also unusable. I open a return case, and they say they will

send more. Which they do, but they are also not usable. By now EBay has closed my return and it's apparently not Contestable. what now?

Never accept a replacement instead of a full refund when opening a case for item not as described.  The replacement is not then covered by eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Another case for those items cannot be opened with eBay,  you can though,  turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.
