Dispute with seller -

Hi

 

I recently brought a new shaver, within two weeks the shaver has stopped working. I want to return the faulty item, but the seller has not sent me a returns label and seems to be delaying. I would like ebay to get involved but do not have that option in the drop down menu? How can I request ebay to get involved?

Have you opened a case for item not as described?

 

Then,  the seller has 3 days to accept this,  and to provide a fully tracked return label.

 

If they don't,  you escalate the case on day 4, and eBay step in and force the refund.
