Difficulties relisting an item

Hello there,

I want to relist an item again. When I press the automatic relist button, nothing happens.

I'm doing this via my phone, but on the full web version of EBay not the app.

Any advice please?

Phones can be a problem, but just a suggestion, if relist does not work, if available try "list similar".

That does the same basically, just check  the details, but you must remember to delete original item, to avoid possible duplications.
