I have a question regarding how ebay works out the cost of postage on a refund. To explain a little better I had one buyer buy 11 items and wanted combined postage which I did at £7.39 as the weight was over 2kg she then virtually accused me of ripping her off!! I do not charge any extra for packaging. Now she says one of the 11 items has arrived damaged and wanted to return the item (99p) I refunded her straight away and was going to message her to say throw it in the bin. The postage refund was 20p now she has sent a not very nice message about how I have insulted her. I only refunded what ebay stated. She wants the full postage refunding!! What would you advise please
