Collection only sale, procedure.

For the first time I made a collection only sale. 

No problems, with the buyer arriving as agreed and picked the item up - however when I went on-line to complete sale/collection, it seems I should have scanned the buyers QR code - eeek.

Any ideas what I should do would be appreciated. I need to clear the items from my sold list?

If buyer paid in cash mark as paid, otherwise sl you can do now is mark as dispatched.

QR codes only work if both buyer and seller are using the EBAY APP.

For the future I suggest you enter collection items in HELP & CONTACT, to see what ebay says about collections, and how buyer and seller can protect themselves.
