Collection only problems

I sold a heavy item that was collection only. My buyer came to my address, paid ne in cash and took the item. All good however my ebay page is still saying to dispatch item.  I try to mark as dispatched but it just goes back to telling me to post. How do I clear the sale and messages on my ebay. My buyer has left me positive feedback.

You need to do this now only on the Seller Hub.  Perhaps use a PC / laptop and Chrome or Firefox less issues on those.

Finalise the transaction this way:

On the Seller Hub here,

go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage / Print Postage label, and then click the box on the left of the item.

From the Postage tab above, use the drop down menu there, if the option to mark as collected is not there, then select Mark as Paid and Mark as Dispatched.

Dispatched is eBay's wording for a collected item.

I have tried your solution on the app and my p.c. with chrome , Firefox , opera but it will not update my seller hub. Also as an added note my buyers assures me he has left positive feedback but this us not showing up also ???
